Our product launch was also a big hit! We performed skit at the Opotiki College Celebration Night which is held every two years to showcase student success. It was a lot of fun, brought the Kei Te Pai team even closer, and was a great opening to the night. Together we planned and practiced the skit endlessly and even rented a smoke machine to suit the misty, scary effect we were going for. We had the crowd right where we wanted them, laughing and watching our every move, fully understanding the point we were aiming to get across.
Proof of this was an order which arrived just two days later with a cheque for two copies of Kei Te Pai on the Marae. We also were approached by the Mayor of Opotiki, John Forbes who was very interested in our product and offered his help to market it to local government.
